Description Non-woven Surface Conditioning Abrasives are open Nylon web impregnated with abrasives. The product are available in endless belt, Hook and Loop disk and quick change disk. Non-woven Surface Conditioning abrasives are colour coded BROWN(COARSE), RED(MEDIUM) and BLUE(FINE). Unlike grinding or wire brush, the most important benefit of non-woven applied to removal of surface imperfections, removal of glue, sealant, paint and coatings, removing heat induced discoloration, weld splatters and cleaning is not harming or gouging the base surface. Application Deburring, Cleaning, Blending and Finishing of Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminium, Fibreglass on Irregular shape, hard to reach surfaces, internal pipe etc. Shaft mounted Quick Change disk pads in R or S connection styles are available for disk diameters 1"(25mm), 1.5"(40mm), 2"(50mm) and 3"(75mm). These can be selected from the table attached for the corresponding connection style and diameters.
